SATURDAY MORNING DELIVERIES
We are pleased to announce an enhancement to our Heavy/Awkward item delivery service for products send out from our Distribution Centre. With immediate effect our customers can choose a Saturday morning delivery.
So how does this work?
It’s simple – as usual, our customer will receive a call from our courier to arrange the delivery. This will normally be within 48 hours of placing the order. At this point they will be offered the opportunity to have their item delivered on a Saturday.
We think this will make our Heavy/Awkward item delivery service a lot more customer friendly particularly for those customers who work Monday to Friday and can therefore only accept their delivery at a weekend.
Please note that this added service is not available on Supplier Direct items.
